(Microsoft Outlook 2000)

Step 1:

Open Microsoft Outlook 2000, as below screen, click on "Tools" --> "Rules Wizard".

 

Step 2:
As below screen, click on "New" button to create a new rule.


Step 3:
As below screen, highlight "Move messages based on content".
Then, click on "specific words" in the second box.




Step 4:
As below screen, type "[Possible Spam]" in the text box.



Step 5:
Click on "Add" button. The word "[Possible Spam]" is now added to Search List.
Then click on "OK" button.




Step 6:
You are now back to screen as below. Click on "specified" in the second box.




Step 7:
As below screen, click on "New".
