Description:
- You
are required to provide customer service and technical support
to clients in a world class Data Centre
- Report
trouble tickets to respective carriers, telcos and providers
- Operate
in work shifts
Requirements:
- Good
command of chinese and english language
- Windows
9X/NT/2000 operating experience required
- Linux
/ BSD Unix OS experience an asset
- Networking
experience required
- Good
communication and analytical skills
