Technician / Customer Service

Job Description:

  • You are required to provide customer service and technical support to clients in a world class Data Centre
  • Report trouble tickets to respective carriers, telcos and providers
  • Operate in work shifts

Requirements:

  • Good command of chinese and english language
  • Windows 9X/NT/2000 operating experience required
  • Linux / BSD Unix OS experience an asset
  • Networking experience required
  • Good communication and analytical skills
